Virtual dance cardio class

This online class mixed with light easy to follow cardio and toning is just what your body needs. We will raise your heart rate, tap into your mind to focus on picking up basic dance moves, tone the muscles then end with a cool down and stretching. Modifications and variations will be offered and explained.
